Ahryon leads JLABS Korea across strategy, operations, and community management. Having held a senior role at JLABS Korea since its launch, Ahryon brings continuity, strong experience, and deep familiarity with JLABS Korea and its objectives. She will also oversee the sourcing and diligence of prospective member companies and represent Johnson & Johnson within the regional innovation ecosystem.

Since joining J&J in 2024 as Head of Venture Relations, JLABS Korea, Ahryon has been instrumental in establishing Venture Relations’ role as a strategic sourcing channel for J&J, identifying high-quality innovation across Asia Pacific through strong engagement with the venture capital community. She has also provided on-the-ground support for J&J’s engagements with Korean companies and partnership deals, including Project JJI-Piccolo. 

Before joining J&J, Ahryon was a Vice President at SK Group, where she established biopharma business strategy, led strategic investments, and oversaw portfolio management. Earlier in her career, Ahryon was an investor at Mirae Asset Venture Investment, the venture capital arm of Mirae Asset Financial Group. Over 5 years, she sourced and invested in 19 biotech and medtech companies across Korea and the US.

Ahryon holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and Neuroscience from Princeton University and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine. She later returned to South Korea as a Research Assistant Professor at Yonsei University College of Medicine.

Robert Radinsky, Ph.D. is Vice President, Global Head, Oncology External Innovation at J&J Innovative Medicine. In this role, the team is responsible for identifying and fostering innovation that supports the Oncology Therapeutic Area / Disease Area Stronghold strategies. Over the last 10 years, the team has been responsible for over 220 executed deals including licenses, acquisitions and agreements. Prior to the current role, Robert represented the Oncology Therapeutic Area at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, North America. Preceding this role, he led Discovery Research, Oncology Therapeutic Area for Janssen/J&J Research & Development.

Robert has had a very successful oncology research career in both academics and industry. Prior to joining J&J, he was Executive Director, Oncology Research at Amgen Inc., where he led groups at multiple research sites including Thousand Oaks, California, and Cambridge, Massachusetts. He was responsible, in part, for research and/or pharmacology for numerous active targeted therapeutic anti-cancer programs (protein, small molecule and nanotechnology modalities), culminating with multiple candidates in clinical trials and an approved drug, Panitumumab, for the treatment of colorectal carcinoma.

Before joining industry 25 years ago, Robert was on the faculty at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas first serving as an American Cancer Society Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Cell Biology and eventually ascending to a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Cancer Biology. He continued as an Adjunct Professor at the MD Anderson Cancer Center after joining the industry.

Robert has published more than 145 peer-reviewed articles, holds multiple patents, and is a present/past member of numerous societies, including the American Association for Cancer Research, Board of Directors for the Metastasis Research Society, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the Scientific Advisory Board and the Aspen Cancer Conference. He is/was an Editorial Member and/or ad hoc reviewer for more than 20 scientific journals and has served on review panels for a number of granting agencies, including the National Institutes of Health/National Cancer Institute, the Department of Defense Prostate and Breast Cancer Research Programs, and the Veterans Administration Merit Review Board.

Robert earned his doctorate in Molecular Biology and Microbiology from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio and Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Developmental Biology from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Dr. Infante is the Global Head of Oncology Early Development, Translational Research, and Scientific Partnering at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. Since joining Johnson & Johnson in 2017, he has led a team of physicians and scientists that design and conduct early phase cancer trials, spanning solid tumor and hematologic malignancies and ranging from first-in-human through proof-of-relevance. This team delivers on a robust portfolio with 20-30 assets either in the clinic or being prepared for the clinic and includes bringing on average 5-6 new first-in-human studies per year. The early development team is also responsible for combination dose finding trials and all oncology clinical pharmacology studies in healthy volunteers and cancer patients. 
 
Dr. Infante also leads the scientific strategy guiding the translational research team that supports all cancer therapeutics moving toward first patient dosing through late-stage clinical development. Additionally, Dr. Infante leads an elite group of scientists focused on the search and evaluation of the external innovation environment to identify the next generation of anti-cancer therapies. Dr. Infante is a core member of the Oncology Review Board and the First-In-Human Committee. He leads with a mission-driven and Credo-guided culture, relentlessly focused on bringing Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine closer to its goal of the elimination of cancer. 
 
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Infante spent over a decade at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute as a clinical investigator and board-certified medical oncologist. During his tenure, he served many roles, including Director, Drug Development Program where he provided physician leadership to the Drug Development Units in Nashville, Florida, Oklahoma, Denver, and London. He has expertise with multiple novel treatment platforms and has helped design and conduct many clinical studies ranging from first-in-human dosing through phase 3 registration trials.   
 
Dr. Infante received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Florida in 1994 and 1999, respectively, and finished his internal medicine residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in medical oncology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2006. Concurrent with his fellowship, he undertook formal training in patient-oriented research and received a Master of Health Science degree in epidemiology at Johns Hopkins University’s Bloomberg School of Public Health. 

Sunny Jinsun Kim is Director of the External Affairs & Communications Team within the Global Partnership & Business Development Division at the Korea Drug Development Fund (KDDF). Since 2021, she has supported KDDF’s external engagement, communications, and partnership activities. She previously held international affairs and strategy roles at KoreaBIO and MCI Group, following earlier experience in business development and partnerships with Wyndham Group Canada.
